   This people take care of the medically and critically ill. The duties are they oversee staff and personnel.  They also oversee medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific positions demand. They must have effective communication, leadership, and business skills in order to be successful.  They also direct the hiring and training of employees. They check on the residents need and they medical needs. The education needed in order to have this job is a bachelor inn healthcare administration.  They are also other such as health services administration, public health or business administration. They get paid about 90,000 a year.
I would not like to have this job because it is something I would not like to do in my life. this does bring my Attention to the subject.
