     what this means is that you have the choice to be poor or not. you can wrok to get out of it. its is possible. it just depends how bad you want it. you are in control of that no one else but you. I really agree with Ben Carson because you are born into poverty. An you have the choice to either get out if it. By getting educated. Its like you either choose the right or you choose the wrong! Its really up to you.  i would like to become a video game designer but depends how bad i want it in order for me to get it.
