what i think is that you do good and it feels good to you. for example you could help someone out that is in need. even though you might not get any thing in return. you still feel good because choose to do the right thing by helping someone in need. the greatest thing you could do in the world is choose the right because you could never go wrong. by choosing the right you do good and good is never wrong. Out of this you get the satisfaction and you are honored by others. this all so means to have a good time and to never give up. A other recreation is to have a good time and relax and play have. but this is only good if you are doing good.
